IPACK Scada Systems: Industrial Monitoring & Data Processing Platform
IPACK Scada Systems is a robust industrial SCADA platform for real-time monitoring, control, and data processing of manufacturing and energy facilities. My role included modernizing a legacy PHP-based SCADA, integrating new C# Windows Forms and MsSQL modules for data acquisition, and building TCP Server and direct Modbus communication features. The project involved securing legacy system compatibility, enabling new device integrations, and implementing dynamic IP blocking for advanced security.
SCADA System Engineer & Integrator
- Legacy Modernization – Upgraded the legacy SCADA stack to run seamlessly on new OS, PHP, and SQL versions with zero downtime.
- Feature Extension – Developed new modules for device data ingestion using C# and Modbus, and enabled real-time data flow into MsSQL.
- Security Automation – Implemented dynamic IP blocking and user-defined keyword detection for proactive threat prevention.
